My Story
Hello! I’m Karen Renaud, a Certified Personal Trainer, Integrative Health Practitioner, Positive Psychology, and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach.
For my entire career, I’ve been immersed in the wellness world. I started with a focus on physical fitness, which has since evolved into a holistic approach to whole-person well-being, with a special emphasis on positive mental health.
My journey of continuous learning fuels my commitment to living my healthiest, most vibrant life, and I’m passionate about helping others do the same. I love coaching individuals who are striving to elevate their well-being, so they can live the life they truly deserve.

For those that are not ready for 1-on-1 health coaching, I provide group health coaching, and self-paced digital courses to help you reach your wellness goals.
I also teach continuing education courses and workplace wellness programs.
