BEGIN YOUR WELLNESS JOURNEY

Detox Your Life

Join me and other like-minded individuals every 90 days for group coaching through a Functional Medicine Detox.

Regrettably, our daily lives expose us to toxins in household cleaning products, environmental pollutants, cosmetics, personal care items, and one of the biggest culprits, daily unmanaged stress, which can lead to feeling unwell, weight gain, and low energy.

However, you can take control of your wellness journey and rejuvenate your body with Dr. Cabral’s 7, 14, or 21-day Functional Medicine Detox. Dr. Cabral’s protocol includes healthy eating, self-care, and the power to choose which program best fits your lifestyle and wellness goals.

In addition, I will share tips and strategies for detoxing other areas of your life. Our group coaching, while not a substitute for 1:1 coaching, is a powerful tool for connecting with other wellness enthusiasts, uplifting each other, and fostering a sense of community. During these sessions, you'll have the opportunity to ask questions, share your experiences, and learn from others.

Coaching will take place in a private group, which allows me to share important information, answer questions, and provide the support and guidance you need as we progress through the program.

I run quarterly detox groups, typically in January, April, July, and September. It may seem like there’s never a perfect time, but if feeling better is a priority, we can make it the right time.

When you’re ready to join our next detox group, simply enter your name and email, click “sign up for news and updates,” and I will send you information about our next group and any relevant instructions.

Comments from course and workshop participants…

“You gave me such an uplift today.  This stuff energizes me!!  We loved your interactive training which felt more like an energetic conversation vs. a "training".  Kudos!!  Thank you so much!!

“Karen is an exceptional presenter, very passionate and extremely knowledgeable about her subject area. She is a kind and a compassionate teacher who is always willing to help to make sure each and every person is successful. I have loved all of her classes and workshops and always look to see if she is teaching a new one. Her classes are awesome, meaningful and fun.”

“This course surpassed my expectations. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect and I wasn’t sure how practical or realistic the implementation of the various strategies taught would be but they were quite helpful and really allowed me several opportunities to reflect!”

“I loved learning about the strategies I can use daily to improve my wellbeing. I learned that SPIRE is about overall wellbeing, not just focused on one part. I was happy to be able to implement some new strategies for my future plan and will continue to try these new ways to maintain a healthy work/life balance.”

“This course was highly valuable to me. I have significantly improved and increased all areas of self care. From making healthy eating choices and moving my body to practicing mindful eating and learned hopefulness . I have also made self care a priority for the first time in a long time!”

“I am very aware of my inner critic, which is usually not the most positive. I have found that the visualization strategies (the end game) helps to keep my focus on the positive and to celebrate both big and small acts of gratitude.”

“I think that above all else is that it gave me the green light to practice self care. In my mind I knew that it is important, but at the same time I felt guilty about having boundaries and putting myself first. Thank you!”
