Welcome to inSPIREd Integrative Health!

I’m Karen Renaud—your partner in holistic wellness and personal transformation. At inSPIREd Integrative Health, I’m passionate about helping women enhance their well-being by addressing root causes, nurturing the mind-body connection, and cultivating a positive, empowered mindset.


My Journey

My career in wellness has been a rich and evolving adventure. I began with a focus on physical fitness, but when I entered the world of public education, I saw just how deeply physical activity and mental functioning are connected. That experience sparked my lifelong passion for the mind-body connection—and how we can use it to create meaningful, lasting change.

As stress and burnout grew in the school system, I created a stress management course that introduced me to Positive Psychology and the Science of Happiness. Discovering the SPIRE model of WholeBeing Happiness—which includes the Spiritual, Physical, Intellectual, Relational, and Emotional aspects of well-being—transformed how I teach, coach, and live. It showed me that mindset isn’t just part of well-being—it’s the foundation.


Despite my background, I faced a series of persistent health issues: pain, rashes, allergies, GI problems, sleep issues, and more. Conventional medicine offered temporary relief, but no real solutions. That led me to Functional and Naturopathic Medicine, and to incredible practitioners like Dr. Jon Repole and Dr. Stephen Cabral, who helped me uncover and address the root causes.


As I moved through menopause, I encountered a new set of physical, emotional, and mental challenges. This phase inspired me to pursue advanced training in Menopause Coaching, so I could better support myself—and other women—through this powerful life transition.


My Mission

At inSPIREd Integrative Health, my mission is to empower you to take ownership of your well-being by aligning your choices with your values, strengths, and inner wisdom. I help women shift their mindset, navigate life transitions with confidence, and reconnect with their natural ability to thrive.
